Career Expo Week at Southwestern College begins Oct. 15

Southwestern College students will be polishing their resumes, honing their interview skills and searching and applying for jobs and internships during Southwestern College’s 2018 Career Expo Week. From Oct.15-18, students and the campus community will be able to join workshops on interviewing, LinkedIn and resumes before the week concludes with a job fair at the Chula Vista campus featuring more than 70 employees looking to tap into Southwestern College talent.

On Oct. 16 from 4-6 p.m. the expo’s first evening event will connect students with local tech industry leaders during Link to San Diego: Tech Industry Panel and Networking Session. Sponsored by Qualcomm students will be able to hear from local companies about possible tech careers in San Diego. Space is limited and participants must register at http://sdtechpanel.eventbrite.com.
