The Higher Education Center at Otay Mesa celebrated its 10 year anniversary on Wednesday, Oct. 26 with an open house that featured hands-on demonstrations of their popular signature programs. The celebration and campus tour featured demonstrations by Southwestern College’s signature programs including the Police Academy, Nursing and Health Occupations, Fire Science and more.
