Southwestern College got a little younger today when 350 middle school students from the Sweetwater Union High School District stopped by for a visit. They were here to see what their hometown college had to offer, and the opportunities awaiting them when they graduated from high school. Waiting to greet them were members of the Outreach Department, including Southwestern College Peer Ambassadors.
Students from Bonita Vista, Hilltop, Montgomery and National City middle schools toured the campus, including stops at the Cesar Chavez Building, the recording studio lab, the ceramics studio, the library and the M.E.S.A. center.
