Padres Pitcher Cesar Vargas, the Swinging Friar and members of the Pad Squad came to Southwestern College to help kick off Hispanic Heritage Month. The Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion hosted the event that included Mexican candy and goody bags, autographs, selfies with Vargas and high-fives with the Swinging Friar.
