Due to unforeseen circumstances, as of Tuesday July 14th, our registration system became non-operational. Because of this, all student registration appointments were adjusted.
WebAdvisor will note your new registration appointment. You can log on to your WebAdvisor account by directly accessing the page at: https://webadvisor.swccd.edu
- You can register for classes on or anytime after your appointment date and time.
- Students with active restrictions will not be able to register until the restrictions are cleared. Login to WebAdvisor to check if you have any active restrictions placed on your record.
Drop for non payment
- We have suspended the drop for non payment policy temporarily and you will not be dropped from any classes at this time. The district will provide notice when the policy is re-activated and we will provide you enough time to make payments.
Please rest assured that your priority has not been lost and the integrity of the enrollment priority system has been maintained and adjusted due to this unforeseen circumstance.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, as of Tuesday July 14th at 6:45am, our registration system became non-operational. As a result, any student who registered for classes or made any change to their class schedule after that time will need to access the system and re-register. You can access WebAdvisor at 8am on Friday, July 17th and thereafter.
If you have registered for any classes on Monday the 13th or Tuesday the 14th, we recommend that you log into WebAdvisor and verify your schedule tomorrow morning. During this time you will have special access to register and/or make adjustments to your schedule beginning Friday July 17th at 8:00am through Tuesday July 21st at midnight.
The SWC Chula Vista Campus Student Services building will be open tomorrow Friday, July 17 from 8am – 4pm for your special registration assistance. Call 619-421-6700 ex 5166 or visit in person. In addition, pre-registration services are available Monday and Tuesday during normal business hours.
