To encourage Southwestern College faculty, staff, students and community members to participate in the University of California, San Diego Chancellor’s town hall meeting, the Governing Board has moved its March 12 meeting to the Higher Education Center, National City.
UC San Diego Chancellor Dr. Pradeep Khosla’s town hall meeting is scheduled for March 12 at 6 pm at South County Regional Education Center in National City, 800 National City Blvd. Southwestern College’s Governing Board meeting is set to start one hour later, 7 pm, at the Higher Education Center, National City, which is located directly next door to the Chancellor’s meeting.
Dr. Khosla will be reporting to the community the results of the university’s strategic planning process and the initiatives that UC San Diego will implement as a result.
